The Sylvia dress is a style that hearkens back to late Medieval styles with a deep v neckline and full bishop sleeves. The bodice is cut flat front and back with waist ties to create shape. The neckline is excellent to layer under, or not, depending on how comfortable you are. It can even be worn backwards for a high bateau neck and a low V back.

This version is made in a soft cotton velvet that has just a little bit of stretch for ease of movement. The skirt measures 30” long and has full sized pockets. We’ve swapped the typical waist tie for a belt made of the same velvet. I’m so pleased with the lovely late medieval buckle and belt ends we’ve chosen for this style. The buttons and buckles are brass.
