Shipping

We ship with USPS. If you need a different shipping service, please contact us before you order and we may be able to ship with a different carrier. Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout.

Domestic Shipping

We ship with your choice of either USPS Priority Mail or USPS Ground Advantage. Both of these services include up to $100 of shipping insurance. If your package is valued over $100 we recommend purchasing additional insurance in case of loss or damage by the post office. You can purchase additional insurance from the shop with your order here.

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 3-5 business days

  • USPS Priority: 2-4 business days

International Shipping

We ship with USPS First-Class Package International for packages weighing up to 1lb. This service does not include shipping insurance. For all other packages we ship with USPS Priority Mail International which includes up to $200 of shipping insurance. If your package is valued over $200 we recommend purchasing additional insurance in case of loss or damage by the post office. You can purchase additional insurance from the shop with your order here.

Taxes, Duties, and Fees

Please note that you may have to pay import duties/fees/tariffs when receiving international packages. Paying these fees is the responsibility of the buyer. They depend on your country’s laws and are set and collected by your country. We do not set or collect these duties/fees/tariffs, and as such we cannot refund them. Please be familiar with your country’s policies before ordering so any additional fees are not a surprise. Please also note that we cannot mark down the value of your package or mark it as a gift.

Processing Times

Processing time is in addition to shipping time. We try to get your order packed up as fast as possible but things like order volume, holidays, and sales can effect this. Our processing time is up to 7 days and is in addition to shipping time. We process orders throughout the week and typically ship on Sunday. This means you may get an email with tracking information on Thursday, but don’t see an update on tracking until it is dropped off at the distribution center on Sunday. If you absolutely need something shipped faster, please contact us. We do our best to get everything shipped out as soon as possible but we are a small business hand packing orders one at a time.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are fulfilled once we have the items ready. Please refer to pre-order product pages for lead times.

If an in-stock item (or items) is in the same order as a pre-order item, everything will ship together when the pre-order item ships.

If there are two or more different pre-order items in one order, the order will ship when all the items are ready, meaning if one takes longer than the other, it will take the longer time to ship.

Combined Shipping

If you place multiple orders and wish to combine them for shipment, please contact us as soon as possible. As long as we haven’t shipped anything yet, we are happy to combine orders, and refund the shipping difference. If you do not contact us requesting combined shipping, orders will be shipped separately.

Lost or stolen packages

We will not replace or refund lost or stolen packages. Once a package leaves our hands it is the responsibility of the postal carrier. We do not have access to any more information than you do via the tracking number.

We recommend you purchase additional shipping insurance with your order in case of a lost or damaged package. If you need additional package details (description, size, weight of package) to file a claim with the carrier, please contact us.

Please make sure the address you have your package sent to is a secure location to protect against theft. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. We ship to the address as it was typed unless you contact us for a correction. Please make sure you correctly enter your shipping address during checkout.

Returned/Unclaimed/Refused Packages

If a package comes back to us as unclaimed, refused, undeliverable, etc. then requesting reshipment is the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees, and will have to purchase new shipping for the package to be resent. If you do not wish for your package to be resent, you may request a refund. It is up to the buyer to request a refund, and shipping costs will be deducted from the refund as they have already been paid to the postal carrier.

Packing Materials

We ship with recyclable materials. Items are wrapped in kraft paper and mailed in thick padded paper envelopes, or cardboard boxes. If you are concerned about this and want us to use plastic for your order, please contact us.
