The Theodorè bustier stye is a perpetual favorite of mine. It’s an excellent combination of some of my favorite historical stays, but light and easy to layer over lots of styles! This particular version laces up in the front for some added adjustability and styling options. I’ve had this pink 100% silk faille in my hoard for years and finally decided now is the time and this is the style!

These are hand made in our studio by resident corsetier Ash. Each bodice is interlined with thin stiff cotton twill and lined in a skygrey polished sateen. The grommets are antique brass and the bustier comes with ivory ribbon lacing for the front and sturdy cotton twill for the back. They are designed to mimic “half boned” stays, offering support but light and flexible. While they aren’t recommended for tight lacing enthusiasts they do help create that classic 18th century cone silhouette. They’re all topped off with big fluffy bows at the shoulders!

Please note there is an additional 1-2 weeks of lead time as we finish these pieces in the studio!

Measurements are for the garment laced closed. For the best fit I recommend a size slightly smaller than your body measurements.
