Assembled from many years worth of scrap materials, this gown is constructed of a velvet bodice, silk lawn sleeves and ruffles, and a cotton lawn skirt with a band of patchwork at the hem inspired by the heritage of quilting.

The patchwork band is made up of smaller scraps accumulated over a decade and includes fabrics used in many dresses from over the years. Included in it are plush velvets, vintage wools, antique silk, and many souvenirs of past work.

This gown has a lace up closure in the back which gives it some adjustability
